Returns & Exchanges

What is WOLACO’s return policy?
We want you to love your WOLACO gear. We offer complimentary pre-paid labels for returns and exchanges for U.S orders. Returned items will incur a $8 restocking fee. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns/exchanges must be received back in their original condition. Items that have been worn, have odor, stains, dust, dirt, deodorant, pet hair, etc are unable to be accepted and are unable to be shipped back to the customer.


If you have received an item that has visible damage upon arrival, please take a picture and send to info@wolaco.com to request a new item or refund.

Once returns are received, they are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

How to return/exchange your item:
1. Click the link here to create your return/exchange.

2. Your label will be sent via email. If you do not receive it, or run into any issues, please reach out to info@wolaco.com

3. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.

4. Give the package to USPS. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.

We currently do not offer pre-paid labels for international returns or exchanges.
